But if you really looked at it objectively, the phrase is rather used in jest and only denotes a person&#8217;s readiness to laugh at himself. So, I would be &#8220;<em>Andhon Me Kana Raja<\/em>&#8220;, if I am wearing a torn shorts when everyone around has got only \u00a0his underwear..!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">True, the phrase has become outdated now and\u00a0doesn&#8217;t go down very well with the younger generation and rightly so as the society matures to treat the physically challenged with dignity and respect. And the likes of\u00a0Srikanth, CEO of Bollant Industries, an organisation that employs disabled employees,\u00a0have proven their mettle.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">But Dr Rajan belong to the generation, which was taught the story, &#8220;country of the blind&#8221; as a lesson in English textbook. And probably that is what puts the phrase in his subconscious mind from where it just slipped out at that moment.
